← Twentynine PalmsPre-School 1
Camp

The Pre-School Aquatics program is split into three different levels based on swimmers' skills. Pre-School 1 will focus on getting the child accustomed to the water. This level orients the child to basic aquatic environment/pool safety and helps them gain basic aquatic skills. Examples: using the ladder to enter/exit the pool; submerging mouth, nose, and eyes; changing body position in the water; etc. All instructors are certified by the American Red Cross to teach swim lessons. Please observe classes from the pool deck to avoid distractions for participants. Feel free to ask your child's instructor any questions at the end of the class. Parents: We encourage you to get to know our instructors! Please feel free to ask them questions, provide information regarding your child, etc. Please keep in mind that your child may need to repeat a level several times; this is completely normal! The instructors have the participants' best interests in mind, and repeating a level will help your child become a better swimmer overall. We appreciate your support and understanding! *TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ⚠️ If this camp is no longer listed at the registration link, registration has closed.
