We're a two-person family project, so there's no phone tree or support-ticket maze. You email us, one of us reads it, and we write back. Usually within a day or two.
What to email us about
- Add or fix an event. Run a library, sports league, church, or community group? Send the details or a link and we'll get it listed. Something out of date? Tell us and we'll fix it.
- Corrections. Wrong date, wrong venue, an event that already ended? Point us at the page and we'll sort it.
- Partnerships and syndication. Want to work together, or share our listings somewhere? We're open to it.
- Press and media. Happy to talk about what we're building and why.
- Privacy and data requests. Questions about your data, or want us to delete an email you sent? Same address. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Email is by far the fastest way to reach us and get a reply. If you need a postal address for a formal or legal notice, ask in your email and we'll send one over.
A note on timing
It's just the two of us, fitting this around family and day jobs, so we're not instant. But we do read everything, and honestly, most of the best ideas on this site came from parents who emailed us first.
