Soccer Skills Conditioning & Agility Camp (2470.201)
The EMH Soccer Skills/Conditioning and Agility Camp is designed to challenge and develop players in an unparalleled setting. The camp will focus on the fundamentals of the game in addition to physical fitness components such as: agility, coordination, speed, power, balance, cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance. The clinic is geared towards improving individual technique/skills as well as a sense of team within a group. Players are grouped by age and/or skill level. All equipment is provided.
