Adaptive Freestyle Movement

This new freestyle movement class has been specially designed for individuals with disabilities. Class taught by the President and Founder of DisAbility Sports Foundation with more than 6yrs experience facilitating physical activities in the community. Get ready to move, groove, and unleash your inner dancer with our Freestyle Movement Class! Open to all abilities. You'll have the freedom to express yourself through an eclectic mix of music genres. Feel the rhythm pulse through your body as you let loose and discover the joy of unrestricted movement. Our instructor will guide you, offering modifications to ensure everyone can participate and feel empowered. This class will have one Woojer Vest 3 available for students to use. This haptic vest is a sophisticated technology that allows you to feel the sound.
