Flag Football Camps
Experienced coach, Jamal Brown and his team will teach the fundamentals of flag football using hands-on coaching techniques. Participants will practice skill development focused on both offense and defense, low level plyometrics, motor skills, coordination and enhancing athleticism, all while having fun and learning good sportsmanship. Games will be played to reinforce lessons taught. Mouth piece and cleats are optional. All skill levels welcome! Camp is for boys and girls, so sign-up today!
