Swim Lessons - Seals

Swimming fundamentals are developed as swimmers are taught how to progressively move away from the pool edge and independently stay on the surface. The Seals class is appropriate for swimmers that know how to comfortably hold their breath and float on their stomach and back independently. Swimmers will be taught to streamline and glide, dolphin kick and will master kicking skills with front/back glide. Swimmers will also be taught to rollover front to back and back to front, finning and sculling, breathing position for Freestyle and the crawl arm stroke. Swimmers will master short front crawl swim and advance by performing side-glide kick 20 feet and crawl stroke 20 feet. Student/Teacher Ratio: 3:1 Ages 3 - 7 years old Register your swimmer for multiple sessions per week and continue throughout the season in order to allow swimmers to make the most progress this season! Swim Lesson Withdrawal, Refund and Transfer Policy 7 days Before the Swim Lesson Session Begins or the Registration Deadline: You may withdraw from a swim lesson session and have a credit placed on your account without incurring the processing fee. Full refunds (less processing fee) will be issued for requests received 7 days prior to the start of a swim lesson session. Refunds will be returned in the form of the original payment. Within 7 days: Participants will receive a 50% refund, issued either as an account credit or returned to the original payment method (less processing fee). 3 days prior to a swim lesson session and after the first day of the swim lesson session: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within 3 days of the lesson start time.
