Mindful Me is a simple mindfulness routine that helps children calm their bodies, focus their minds, and become more aware of their feelings. It combines gentle breathing exercises with easy stretches that are fun and safe for young kids. Summer Session Thursday June - August at 5pm - 6pm. $10 monthly fee. Click here to preregister. Recreation Center Membership required. Adult membership $15 - $30 annually (based on age and residency) Youth 5-16 membership $10 resident $15 nonresident annually Membership for children 4 and under is free with adult membership.
