Fourth Saturday of October festival in Historic Downtown Elgin with food, kids activities, handmade arts and crafts, live music. Includes Lindsy Kay Wing Children's Pet Parade, Road Hog Car Show, Gordon Swenson Memorial BBQ Pork-Off, Cow Patty Bingo, and Hogalicious Dessert Contest.
