Age of Dinosaurs
Dinosaurs lived during the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods, all part of the Mesozoic Era. This incredibly long span of time, measured in “mya” or “millions of years ago,” saw the development of dinosaurs, marine reptiles, fish, mammals, flying animals such as pterosaurs and birds, and a vast range of plant life. We’ll take a closer look at these time periods and learn about some of the creatures that lived in each, as well as a few that managed to survive into modern times. Each day is packed with interactive science projects, engaging presentations, recreational games, and outdoor recess activities. Children attending the camp will get to interact closely with a variety of animals from Robin’s farm, including fluffy bunnies, funky chickens, playful sheep, peacocks, emus, and more. Please bring a snack, a water bottle and a bagged lunch. $50 material fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp. ⚠️ If this camp is no longer listed at the registration link, registration has closed.
