Adventure Program: Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve Hiking
Ages 12+ $50 Resident/$63 Nonresident Come hike and experience Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve, Austin's first nature preserve. The preserve is home to multiple rare and vulnerable species, including the federally endangered Golden Cheeked Warbler. The hike includes numerous elevation changes offering scenic views and a waterfall. We will provide transportation from the Georgetown Recreation Center (1003 N. Austin Ave.) to Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve. Bring snacks, full water bottles, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. A small backpack will be ideal for carrying your lunch and water bottles.
