Soundscapes & Storylines
Step into a TV-style Writers’ Room where sound sparks the story. In this collaborative workshop, teens will use immersive and abstract audio soundscapes—like echoing footsteps in an empty hallway or a tense musical drone—as creative writing prompts. Guided by an instructor acting as the “Showrunner,” students will work together to transform what they hear into vivid worlds, compelling characters, and engaging narratives. Participants will strengthen their creativity, storytelling, collaboration, and communication skills while experiencing the excitement of building a story as a team. Each session ends with a unique collaborative story created by the group. ⚠️ If this camp is no longer listed at the registration link, registration has closed.
