Youth Level 4 Swim Lessons (2007.304)
Level 4 is designed for swimmers who have mastered basic strokes and are ready to refine technique, build endurance, and learn additional strokes. This level emphasizes improving coordination, swimming greater distances, and introducing more complex skills. In this class, swimmers will: Refine front crawl and back crawl Improve breaststroke and elementary backstroke technique Be introduced to butterfly kick and body motion Learn sidestroke basics Tread water using multiple techniques Perform open turns at the wall Build endurance by increasing swim distances Goal: To develop stroke efficiency and endurance, preparing swimmers for advanced skills.
