3D PRINTING PARTY(AGES 7-12) Transform the vivid designs of your dreams into physical reality with the latest in 3D printing technology! Start with a foundation in 3D modeling—sketch ideas and build them from scratch in software such as Blender or TinkerCAD. Students ages 8-16 will learn about how a 3D printer works and learn to use a 3D modelling tool to create and print their own creations! About My Coding Place My Coding Place started in 2018 to teach kids in Austin to solve problems with tools such as coding and chess. Our teachers are coders or chess players and our mission is to expose kids and teens to the art of computer programming and broader STEM topics to learn to think critically. We want students to love solving problems as much as we do and to be inspired and challenged in a creative environment. Our focus is on the problem-solving and translating logic to code by building cool projects to practice and reinforce concepts through different tools. Please bring water and a small snack to camp each day.
