Our Leader in Training (LIT)/Internship Program provides high school students going into 11th and 12th grades in the fall with an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recreation. This program is designed to introduce participants to the various aspects of leading recreational activities for youth. LIT/Interns will have the chance to develop leadership skills, enhance teamwork abilities, and learn from employees in the recreation industry. LIT/Interns will gain valuable work experience that can be added to a resume or college application. They will have the opportunity to earn volunteer service hours and set themselves up for potential future employment in the recreation field. Interested?
