Beginner's 1

This class will introduce students to front and back crawl and ryhthmic breathing. The practice of assisted diving, retrieving objects from the bottom of the shallow end, gliding and elementary backstroke will be shown. Students must be able to demonstrate skills to pass Advanced Tiny Tots.
