Music Performance: Featuring Bay Beats Artist – Jose Najera and the Bernal Beat: 11:30 a.m. Games and Activities Bubbleology – Discover how to make the best and biggest bubbles. For children and their families. Giant Jenga – Meet the giant challenge of removing blocks from a 4-foot tower before it falls. For ages 8–12. Community Partners MNC-Inspiring Success – Early Care & Education Services. Greening Projects – Creating new parks, gardens, and green schoolyards that will serve our community for generations. Friends of Bernal Heights Rec Center – Bernal Heights is an amazing neighborhood that deserves an amazing place to gather. Working together, we can turn Bernal Rec into a model community hub. This program is sponsored by Friends of the San Francisco Public Library. Summer Stride Summer Stride- the Library’s annual summer learning, reading, and exploration program for all ages and abilities. Read and learn with the Library all summer long. Bay Beats – Enjoy free performances from musicians on SFPL’s Bay Beats local music streaming platform. Featuring all genres, from classical to folk, rock to rap, pop to punk.
