Unity Movie Night - Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom

At Hope Fellowship, we believe unity is rooted in a shared, Christ-centered mission—shaped by authentic relationships, strengthened through diversity, and expressed through biblical justice. As followers of Jesus, we don’t just talk about unity—we actively pursue it in our homes, our church, and our community. You’re invited to join us for a meaningful evening together on Friday, June 19, at 7:00 PM at the Frisco East Campus (9950 Rolater Rd., Frisco, TX 75035). We will be screening Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom, a powerful film that explores the historical and spiritual significance of Juneteenth. The documentary highlights how the message of freedom in Christ intersected with the long journey toward freedom from slavery. Through personal stories, biblical reflection, and cultural insight, the film invites us to consider how faith has sustained hope, shaped resilience, and called believers to pursue justice rooted in the Gospel. Following the screening, we’ll engage in a guided discussion centered on themes of unity, justice, reconciliation, and the role of the Church in reflecting the heart of Christ. This won’t be a debate—it will be a space to listen, learn, and lean into one another with humility and grace. Our prayer is that this evening would deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and inspire us to love without limits—reflecting the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17. Come ready to watch, reflect, and grow together. Kids Ministry will be available (infant - 5th grade).
