Preschool Level 1 – Water Exploration This introductory class is designed for children ages 3–5 who are new to swim lessons and just beginning to explore the water. In a fun and supportive environment, swimmers will work on basic water skills such as: Entering and exiting the water safely Blowing bubbles Submerging their face Floating with support Kicking and arm movements Getting comfortable with assisted glides All skills are performed with the instructor’s support to help children build confidence and comfort in the water. No prior swim experience is required. Goal: To help young swimmers become more comfortable in the water and prepare them for independent swimming in future levels.
