MNHS Wrestling Top/Bottom Camp - 4th - 9th Graders

MNHS Wrestling Top/Bottom Camp - 4th - 9th Graders THIS CAMP WILL PRIMARILY FOCUS ON THE TOP/BOTTOM ASPECTS OF WRESTLING. Top/Bottom wrestling is the aspect of wrestling primarily done down on the mat after a takedown has been awarded. Participants will learn basic escape and reversal techniques. Breakdowns and pinning combinations will also be the focus of this camp.
