MNHS Wrestling Takedown Camp - 4th - 9th Graders This TAKEDOWN camp is primarily for beginners and will focus on TAKEDOWNS from the standing neutral position. Basic hand-fighting, fundamental takedowns, and finishes will be covered. (Double Leg, High Crotch, and various Single Leg attacks and finishes) Short Offense from the mat will also be covered, should time permit.
