Coarsegold Tarantula Festival

Halloween-day festival with tarantula education, costume contests, pumpkin cheesecake competition, and tarantula poetry. Craft vendors, antiques, and food round it out. The tarantulas migrate through the area every October, which is honestly wild to see.
