Big Messy Art Day brings families to Rio Vista Library in Rio Vista on Wednesday at 10 AM. A great way to keep the kids busy through the long summer days — and an easy weekend plan with the kids. No ticket needed — it's free to attend. This week we will be using our creative art skills for a one of a kind experiences!
