Tweens and Teens Art Workshop: Instant Film 101

In this hands-on workshop you'll learn the ins and outs of instant film photography! Get your hands on new and vintage instant film cameras while collaborating with others to create the most creative photo possible. Students will learn a bit of instant film history, how to find the right camera and film for you, tips and tricks to get the most out of instant film, and participate in an instant film scavenger hunt. You'll leave with a handful of instant film photos and knowledge you can use to start your instant film journey! If you happen to own an instant film camera, feel free to bring it along. There will also be cameras available for shared use! John Eric Munoz and Lora O'Shaughnessy are film photographers based in Denton, Texas. Between the two of them they have over 15 years of experience. They love all things instant film related, and enjoy sharing their knowledge with others through workshops and photography meet-ups throughout DFW and across America.
