Blue Mesa Grill will offer a special brunch that includes a carving station with smoked brisket, red chile salmon, ginger-chipotle glazed ham, smoked sausage, and chicken fajitas. A build-your-own street taco bar will offer BBQ pork, chicken verde, ground beef-chorizo, and a toppings & salsa station. Blue Mesa brunch classics include blue corn cheese enchiladas, Adobe Pie, brisket enchiladas, shrimp & grits, eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, brioche French toast, made-to-order omelets, waffles with fried chicken or fresh berries and whipped cream, and biscuits & gravy. A variety of salads are on the menu as well as a dessert bar with warm churros with chocolate and cajeta dipping sauces, sopapilla cheesecake, mini flans, cookies, brownies, lemon bars, and more.
