FBISD Athletics and Houston Methodist will be offering sports physicals on: Saturday, July 25, 2026 @ Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - 9am - 11am 16811 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, Texas 77479 To receive a athletic physical at this location; you will need to purchase a ticket. Each ticket is valid for (1) athletic physical. Cash will not be accepted. No Refunds.
