Little Star City Readers — 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

Free year-round early literacy program for children from birth until they enter kindergarten. Track reading by coloring stars on a bookmark or online at Beanstack. Receive stickers at 100-book milestones and a certificate upon completing 1,000 books. Register at any open El Paso Public Library location.
