2026 Community Health Fair

It’s happening at the recreation center located at: 8213 White Settlement Rd 76108 Saturday, July 11th 9 AM to 1 PM Setup starting at 7:30 AM. - 8:00 AM Here’s what you need to know: Everyone is welcome! We encourage all ages, groups, and health care organizations to join in. You can drop off your supplies the day before ( Friday July 10th) between 2p - 4p. The registration fee is just $30 If you need electric that's an extra fee of $10. this will be invoiced to you if you choose to have electric Due to limited space we will offer ONE table and TWO chairs. You will only have a spot for ONE TABLE. No Canopies You will need to bring your own table cloths. Setup starts at 730am and event will take place from 9 AM to 1pm on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Please make sure to remove all your items by 1 PM and dispose of any trash in the provided receptacles. Just a friendly reminder: the City of White Settlement and the Recreation Center can’t take responsibility for any lost or stolen items or injuries. . We can't wait for another fantastic health fair!
