Diving  (Ages 10 & Up) 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Dive from the side in a stride position. Dive from the board with a walking approach and hurdle. Vertical to horizontal positioning. Must be able to tread water and demonstrate a forward dive and back dive in a tuck or pike position.
