Plant Swap takes place this Saturday at Hercules in Concord at 12 PM — a fun activity to enjoy before the summer heat peaks — get there early, and a great chance for families to get out and explore together. Best of all, it's completely free. Bring plant cuttings, seedlings and seeds from your home garden to exchange with other local gardeners.
