Youth Level 2 Swim Lessons (2005.311)
This class is designed for children who are comfortable in the water and ready to start learning basic swimming techniques with less assistance. It builds on the foundational skills introduced in Level 1, focusing on independent movement and improving water confidence. In this class, swimmers will: Fully submerge and hold their breath Float and glide on front and back without support Begin coordinating arm and leg actions for front crawl and backstroke Roll from front to back and back to front Tread water using arm and leg actions Practice safe entries and exits Learn additional water safety and self-help skills Goal: To help swimmers become more independent in the water while developing the core skills needed for stroke development in Level 3.
