Confident Me- Teens

This workshop combines engaging activities and communication tools to open up conversation around a challenging topic - body confidence and self-esteem. Each session is carefully crafted to boost positive self-image through fun learning activities, games, art projects, and small group discussions. This workshop is being taught by Marian Regional Medical Center staff. This free workshop is open to girls in grades 6-10. Participants may not repeat the class if they have previously attended.
