Youth Fit SportsYouth Fit Sports is designed for participants ages 6-8 who are excited to stay active while learning the fundamentals of sports in a fun, supportive environment. This four-week program features 1-hour sessions focused on age-appropriate skill development, movement, coordination, and teamwork through engaging drills, games, and group activities.Participants will develop confidence, athletic ability, and sportsmanship while improving balance, agility, coordination, and overall fitness. Emphasis is placed on personal growth, skill development, participation, and having fun rather than competition. Youth Fit Sports is perfect for beginner and early-level athletes looking to build fitness, explore a variety of sports, and develop a lifelong love of movement and physical activity.
