Aqua FitnessAqua Fitness is a water-based dance exercise class that combines rhythmic movement with both low- and high-intensity workouts to provide a full-body workout. This class aims to improve cardiovascular endurance, build muscular strength, tone, and enhance neuromotor skills such as coordination, agility, and balance. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce the impact on joints, making the class suitable for a wide range of fitness levels while still delivering an effective and energizing workout. Cost: $17 for Inglewood Residents: $23 for Non-Residents Classes are 45 minutes long, and each session runs for two (2) consecutive Saturdays with a class time from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Session 1: June 20 and 27Session 2: July 11 and 18Session 3: July 25 and August 1Session 4: August 8 and 15Session 5: August 22 and 29
