Route 66 Food Truck Adventures

Participants will explore America's tastiest food truck flavors while learning real kitchen skills. Each day participants will "park" in a new city, and master recipes inspired by street food. Students will chop, sauté, season, and plate like a professional. An additional supply fee of $35 will be due to the instructor at the beginning of camp.
