Camp: Classic Cooking: Travel Through Food - Europe

Take a dive into different European countries and discover culture, local food, and taste dishes from Spain, France, Germany, Poland, and more! Ready to turn up the heat? Learn kitchen tools, practice cooking techniques, read recipes, and fold in the history as we taste-test unique dishes. This camp takes place in a kitchen setting. Participants develop life-long cooking skills while embarking on a culinary exploration! Learn to read and enhance recipes, experiment with flavors, practice kitchen safety, and work cooperatively, all while boosting confidence. All fresh food, cookware, and tools are included.
