Camp: Classic Cooking: Red, White & Blue

Learn about and prepare Fourth of July staple foods from the West Coast to the East Coast, and everywhere in between. Happy Birthday, America!Ready to turn up the heat? Learn kitchen tools, practice cooking techniques, read recipes, and fold in the history as we taste-test unique dishes. This camp takes place in a kitchen setting. Participants develop life-long cooking skills while embarking on a culinary exploration! Learn to read and enhance recipes, experiment with flavors, practice kitchen safety, and work cooperatively, all while boosting confidence. All fresh food, cookware, and tools are included.
