Session 2 Mondays (2025.306)
Aqua Fitness Fun! It is a fabulously fun workout in the pool! A total body and non-impact workout! Guided exercises will promote a range of motion for the entire body. The workout will include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises. Beginners are welcome and it's appropriate for all levels of fitness. Have a blast and exercise in the comfort of water!
