This week-long acting class is specifically designed for musical theatre performers to bridge the gap between foundational acting technique and the high-stakes pressure of the audition room. We focus on the unique transition from personal prep to a captivating performance in an audition with a live accompanist Students will focus on: The 32-Bar Story: Applying script analysis and sensory work to your audition song. Accompanist Collaboration: Mastering clear communication, setting your tempo, and maintaining a professional partnership under pressure. Audition Presence: Techniques to ground yourself so your technical training supports a spontaneous performance. The Technical Pivot: How to take notes from the table and apply them.
