Gain strength, get lean and reach your goals by incorporating your own body weight in exercises such as push-ups, planks, box jumps and squats. Some equipment used will be suspension straps, agility ladders, medicine balls and free weights. Exercises will be modified as needed. All levels welcome. Students should bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Resident Activity Discount does not apply.
