Summer 2026: Circuit Training (SU1-103)

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It is a great way to develop strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Participants will perform various exercises for set periods of time. Aerobic activity (and easy choreography) is included in the class. Bring an exercise mat and weights.
