Intermediate Chess Academy August

Designed for students who already know the basics of chess and are ready to grow their strategic thinking. Players will strengthen tactical skills, opening ideas, checkmating patterns, planning, and tournament style play through instruction, puzzles, and supervised games. Class Location: Yearn 2 Learn Academy (S.A.M Singapore Math-Lathrop) 17371 S Manthey Road Lathrop, CA 95330 Participants must be registered for class before they may attend. Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at drop off to ensure registration is complete and that an instructor is on-site. Parents/Guardians must be available via phone and arrive for pick up by the end of class. Please drop off and pick up your child inside of the Yearn 2 Learn Academy building. NO CLASS 10/8
