Chalk the Block

Chalk the Block takes place this Sunday at The El Paso Downtown Arts District in El Paso — a wonderful fall activity now that the weather is cooling down, and a great chance for families to get out and explore together. Free art festival with installations, chalk art competition, and activities for all ages.
