Our Storytime Yoga for the young child and their caregivers is a program filled with fun and educational curriculum created with age-appropriate yoga exercises for the child from 1-6 years old Ms. Arianna uses creative yoga moves, music & fun props as she tells a story to introduce and weave the beauty of yoga for the young child. Storytime Yoga is a fun way for the little ones to learn the basics of a yoga practice while being free to move, play and make friends. Sharing this exercise with Moms, Dads, Nannies, & Grannies too enhances the total child. This time is sure to delight your child and stimulate their development with open minds for Health & Wellness.
