Lifeguard-In-Training Camp

This five-day camp is designed as an introduction to lifeguarding and water safety skills for qualified participants aged 9-15. Topics include in-water skills, rescues, first-aid, CPR, and emergency medical response. Participants will need to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, water, and a lunch daily. Prior to enrollment, participants must demonstrate the following skills: 100yd front crawl swim, 25yd breaststroke, and 1 minute tread.
