Get Fit Summer Camp 2026
GETFIT Youth Fitness is a comprehensive Fitness Camp for girls ages7 to 14 yrs focusing on endurance, strength, agility, and speed. GETFIT caters to girls wanting to fine-tune their athletic skills and to those aspiring to get involved in athletics. Though we facilitate many advanced training techniques, beginner athletes are welcome. Many soccer, softball, and basketball players have joined us over the years, but GETFIT offers a foundation for any sport. That said, emphasis is placed on Cross Country and Track & Field. Camp offers many dynamic fitness strategies that include aqua and circuit training, full body movement, core strengthening, competition, and team building. In addition, we host a day hike excursion to Griffith Park. Expect to set goals, get challenged, and meet new friends. Here, fitness is made fun!
